  2. Rates reflect tuition charges for students enrolled in an associate degree program at a Community college. Tuition rates for students enrolled in an associate degree program at a State-operated campus are the same as the rates for students enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.

Tuition rate for out-of-state residents at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University, Upstate Medical University, SUNY Polytechnic Insititute, and the College of Environmental Science and Forestry is $17,830.
