Exploration of the role of the RN in the assessment of individuals across the life span is addressed. Focus is on the interrelatedness of all components of health assessment. Accountability and responsibility for health assessment and health promotion by the ethical nurse is emphasized. Intended to accompany the laboratory component of health assessment. Both aspects of the course must be successfully completed together. In the event the course is repeated, both aspects must be repeated
