An introduction to the practice and theory of digital imagery, art and design through lecture, labs, readings and production. Students use contemporary page layout and design techniques to create image centered works of art, including digital prints, and artist's book. Study of the history and impact of digital print media on the arts and contemporary culture contextualize practical assignments. This course has an associated fee.
