This course is designed for students to integrate the concepts, tasks, and responsibilities of the practice of leadership and engage students in a self-assessment of their own leadership styles and tendencies. An emphasis will be on exploring leadership principles and then having the student apply them to themselves through self-exploration. The goal of this course is to help students develop a better understanding of leadership and give them a capability of developing themselves as leaders. Course content will include readings, discussion, case studies, assessment, and reflection. Prerequisites: PSYC 111 and ENGL 101
