This class explores how humans and other animals sense the environment around them. We cover the structure and function of the sensory organs, the perceptual organization of the world, and the neurophysiology involved in sensation and perception. This course will also cover the history and theories of perception and the experimental data that support how we see, hear, taste, smell, and touch.
Prerequisites: PSY 101
