This is the second course in a three-course sequence to assist middle-level administrators (principals, directors, coordinators, assistant superintendents) in understanding and preparing for the school superintendency. In this second course, students continue the work of exploring the conceptual model of the superintendency and the domains of leadership. Students will facilitate and participate in three Special Topic Sessions on School Finance, Leadership for Personnel, and The Superintendent and the Board of Education. In addition, cohorts will analyze real problems of practice and read about/discuss the superintendency.
