Introduces students to fundamental issues in the study of global politics. We look at today’s international politics in a historical perspective by reading different theoretical approaches within the discipline of International Relations and discussing their main arguments and “world views.” The course covers important topics such as the role of international organizations, war and peace, globalization, and environmental cooperation.
