This course provides the fundamentals of Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies. Students will learn how organizations apply these methodologies and tools to develop excellence through the adoption of continuous improvement and process management. Topics covered include quality perspectives, pioneers of quality management, Six Sigma improvement methodologies and tools, process mapping, applied statistics, lean thinking tools, and other business process improvement techniques.
