Selected topics courses are regularly scheduled courses that focus on a particular topic of interest. Descriptions are printed in the Schedule of Classes each semester. Selected topics courses may be used as elective credit and may be repeated for credit, provided that the topic of the course changes. Students will explore the skills necessary to harness the power of AI for lesson planning, differentiation, instructional design, and re-imagine classrooms by incorporating AI technology to create responsive and engaging learning spaces. Students will examine a variety of educational technology platforms to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, creative expression, and explore innovative approaches to designing and implementing digital lessons, activities, and learning experiences for the diverse needs and preferences of learners.
