Students will have an opportunity to reinforce and master an overall understanding of fitness and wellness. This will be achieved by applying skills necessary to make fitness and wellness with an emphasis on personal fitness. This course offers unique opportunities within the realm of fitness conditioning. Each student will gain knowledge from the evaluation of one's fitness level and develop a personal fitness program. Students will be exposed to new innovative approaches to conditioning the cardiovascular and muscular systems. No matter if you are a novice or an experienced exerciser, there are workout programs for you.
