This course covers vectors and force systems, centroids, moments of inertia, truss analysis, stresses and strains in homogeneous and non-homogeneous elastic bodies, temperature effects, bolted and welded joints, mechanical properties of materials, shear and bending moment, stresses in beams, deflection theory, and column theory.
