Prerequisites: LAW 205 with a C or better grade.
A study of the various types of real property relationships and transactions. Such areas as contracts, deeds, mortgages, leases, and title searches will be reviewed. The student will be required to prepare the various real property documents, compute closing adjustments, and prepare closing statements. Formerly LAW 304. Students who have completed LAW 304 will not receive credit for LAW 204.
