Designed to provide students with an understanding of the principles of epidemiology and statistical techniques used in the study of etiology, distribution and control of disease. Students will acquire practical knowledge and skills in the fields of epidemiology and statistics necessary for assessing individual and community health needs and planning, implementing and evaluating community health education programs. Graduate student status. Not open to students with credit for HLH 391.
