Advanced Network Security Procedures: The course will examine offensive network security, ethical hacking and network defense and countermeasures. It is designed to engage the students in an interactive environment where they will be shown how to scan, test, hack and secure information systems. A wide variety of tools, viruses and malware will be presented providing a complete understanding of the tactics and tools used by hackers in order to construct an effective Incident Response Plan. Prerequisites: CITA 200 and CITA 235. (3:3,0)
