Do you know your rights if you are stopped or arrested by the police? You will learn them because this class examines how the Bill of Rights and other constitutional criminal procedures serve to protect the fundamental rights of persons accused of crimes as well as to promote effective fact finding. Through studying actual criminal cases, students will examine the value of these rules in terms of rapid technological and social change.
