Mysteries. Evidence. Clues. Got research questions? By mastering the skills of legal research, students will locate primary and secondary sources of law to solve specific factual dilemmas. They will develop skills in legal reasoning, critical analysis and writing in addition to researching various legal issues in several areas of law. Students will research and writing assignments, culminating in an appellate court brief. Legal arguments will be prepared and orally presented.
