You will learn the same curriculum as our on-campus students
Pleadings, discovery, trial and appeals, and other various stages in litigation and corresponding legal documents are examined. Using applicable New York and federal statutes and rules, students will learn how to draft litigation documents and discovery devices. An examination of the rules of evidence and alternative dispute resolution will also be covered. The technological advances in e-filing, e-discovery and courtroom technology are further examined.
