Do you love to perform? Maybe you enjoy watching performances in theatre, music, dance, or cinema. This course will provide students the opportunity to examination these artistic forms of expression throughout history. Students will also learn how to care for themselves (as an instrument) by identifying the skills that promote overall physical and mental health and wellness. Students are required to attend student and professional performances.
