This course is the capstone class for gender and women€™s studies majors. The goals of the course are to broaden and deepen students€™ understanding of the field of gender and women€™s studies through readings on research, engagement in your own research project, and writing assignments that include a major research paper. The course includes in-class practice sessions on research methods, student-led presentations specific to each student€™s project, and a peer review of other students€™ writing.
Prerequisites:
GWS 302, and GWS major or GWS minor Meets Advanced Writing Requirement
