This course will focus on how we collect and analyze data and how we can present that data in ways that inspires readers to action. Students will learn the basics of data collection and analysis, research methods, journalistic ethics, interactive media, and how to present complex topics to a variety of audiences. The focus will be on producing a longform piece of writing on a topic of student's choice.
