Strategic communication is the synchronization of words, images, and actions through various modes and media to create, manage, shape, and/or disrupt feedback loops of shared meaning across contexts to advance an individual or organization’s goals. In this course, students will learn the historical context of strategic communication, how to analyze the information environment, and how to create a strategic communication plan for the global information environment. Offered once a year.
