									Substance abuse disorders are among the most difficult problems that confront public health professionals. This course provides an introduction to the basis of addictive disorders, specific drugs of abuse, at-risk populations, comorbidity of substance abuse and medical/mental health disorders, and public health interventions at multiple ecological levels.
