Corporate Innovation is for individuals who wish to develop innovative products within an existing business. Coursework will focus on the capabilities an innovation manager needs to identify valuable unmet needs in a market, to generate novel product designs focused on measurable customer needs, to identify customer segments to target, and to manage the uncertainty inherent in innovation programs. The course will also address the personal habits and mindsets that make innovators successful.
