This course is intended to develop entrepreneurial mindsets and habits to improve the potential for success in managing a life science start-up or established company. Students will develop a growth mindset that will enable them to build a toolkit to create and evaluate entrepreneurial opportunities, marshal resources, and form teams driven by creativity, leadership, and smart action. The course will also introduce mindsets to overcome cognitive biases, re-frame risk perceptions, and improve decision making in an entrepreneurship environment filled with ambiguity.
