									Material in this course is presented from an unbiased  perspective so that students will develop a neutral  understanding of the history of collective bargaining, when  there is a need for representation, the legislation  supporting the process, and the philosophical positions  of unions and employers. The student should, upon  completion, be able to view employer-union relationship  from a scholarly perspective regardless of their personal  experience and/or beliefs.  Prerequisites: BUSI 200 or HOSP 105 or permission of  instructor.  Restrictions: Junior or Senior level.  (3:3,0)
