Human Resource Management is an instrument in the execution of corporate, business and functional strategy including its operations as servicing unit for internal and external stakeholders in recruitment, selection, development, assessment, promotion, dislocation, communication, and supporting HRIS technology. Specific tools for analysis and decisional support will be deployed in the case of right sizing, formation, business combinations, merger, acquisition, and dissolution. Students will learn best practices and legal requirements of strategic human resource and human capital management. (3:3,0)
