Prerequisites:: CJ 140 and CJ 111 with a minimum grade of “C" or permission of the Criminal Justice Coordinator. This course furthers study of the introduction of homeland security and focuses on the threats to the homeland and the interests of the United States at home and abroad. Discussion will be on such topics as domestic and international terrorism, bio-hazards, weapons of mass destruction, cyber-security and terrorism, and emergency management initiatives and responses.
