Continued development of conversational fluency in ASL. Emphasis on the production and comprehension of increasingly complex linguistic expressions through dialogue and conversation. More complex receptive and expressive skills are fostered through interactive ASL lessons and participatory activities. For students who transfer to programs leading to certification in elementary and secondary education or to careers in health or social service agencies where there is likely to be significant contact with the deaf. Lecture/recitation.
