You will learn the same curriculum as our on-campus students
This hands-on course will examine how the arts impact mental health in both healthcare and public settings, as well as in students’ own lives. It will encourage students’ unbridled self-expression as they explore a variety of creative materials, projects, and themes to reduce their stress, embrace their identities, and build community. Coursework will include both in-class and out of class creative projects, journaling, discussion, and a final presentation. No experience in the arts is necessary.
