This course begins by laying the foundational understanding of generative AI including their ethical implications and limitations (Neeley & Ruper, 2022). Students then progress to mastering prompt engineering techniques for optimized AI interactions. The latter part of the course focuses on the practical applications of generative AI (including ChatGPT) in data analytics within a business context. Designed to offer a structured learning journey, the course aims to equip students with the skills to leverage generative AI responsibly and effectively to create value for customers and organizations.
