This course builds solutions to biomedical data science and informatics challenges using computing and Python scripting. It gives students methods and skills to create, use and integrate computerized applications in clinical and health settings and covers the most current topics and applications pertinent for these fields where data, information, and knowledge have become key success factors for positive health outcomes. The course provides a Python infrastructure and extensive biomedical examples, exercises, and projects auspicious for succeeding through a practical, hands-on approach to leveraging Python in professional environments.
