This course explores the principles of environmental health, safety, and disease prevention. Students will examine key topics such as epidemiology, occupational health, and the prevention and control of chronic and infectious diseases. Emphasis is placed on the interconnected roles of individuals, workplaces, and society in promoting health and preventing disease across diverse populations.

BIO101 or BIO120 or BIO203 or HSC120
