This course concentrates on marketing for a hospitality-based business. The focus is on developing a marketing plan for an existing business. It covers areas of marketing that include publicity, sales, advertising; managing customer information; both consumer and organizational buying behaviors; and the impact of social media and Artificial Intelligence (AI) on marketing. Note: This course satisfies the SUNY General Education Information Literacy category only for the Culinary Arts AOS program.
