This course will focus on the formulation and implementation of top-managerial strategies in today's healthcare environment. The course will involve problem solving and analysis of the decision-making process that is relative to the Competitive Strategy of Organizations. Applications of business policies and strategies will be presented within the overall Healthcare Industry. The course will present textbook material and analysis of publications and case studies. As a Capstone Course, the student will be required to utilize concepts and knowledge obtained from prior Courses.
