You will learn the same curriculum as our on-campus students
Prerequisites: LAW 205 with a C or better grade. An in-depth study of the law of partnerships, corporations, and limited liability entities. An analysis will be made of the creation of the partnership as well as its termination. New York State corporate requirements will be analyzed with a view of the creation and termination of the corporation. The student will be required to prepare the various partnership and corporation agreements and documents. Formerly LAW 302. Students who have completed LAW 302 will not receive credit for LAW 202.
