This course explores how organizations and individuals use social media and other communication tools to share messages, build relationships, and achieve goals. Students learn the meaning, significance and evolution of strategic communications. They examine how information flows in today’s global, digital environment, including how to analyze these dynamics. Students discover how to use social media effectively to connect with audiences and shape conversations. Offered once a year.
