You will learn the same curriculum as our on-campus students
This course is designed to take students who have completed Intro Yoga (PED 138) to a deeper level of knowledge and practice of Yoga. Students will continue to work with foundation poses to release their spine as well as learn more sophisticated and challenging poses using the same principles of support and release. Students will continue to explore breathing and guided awareness as tools to quiet the mind, manage stress and maintain or improve their overall health and well-being. Pre-req PED 138 or permission of instructor.
