This course focuses on the development of research to support evidence-based practice. Research questions are identified based on current clinical problems. Qualitative and quantitative methodologies are explored. The research process is applied to develop a research proposal which integrates theory, scientific rigor, integrity, and ethical standards. Prerequisites: NURS 501 with a 'B' or better Restrictions: MS in Nursing Education major or MS Nursing Administration major. (3:3,0) Restricted to students enrolled in the following Major: Nursing Administration
