Take your class online with SUNY
You will learn the same curriculum as our on-campus students
This course will focus on developing students' knowledge of implementation science methodologies. Students will be introduced to the structure, function, and process of qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods designs commonly used to evaluate implementation strategies, and how these innovative designs can be employed when translating evidence into practice. We will use common spreadsheet applications to apply the various forms of analysis used to evaluate implementation interventions and promote the uptake of evidence-based practices. We will also consider ethical issues involved in assessing evidence-to-practice gaps within the context of a trauma-informed human rights perspective.
