Students learn basic digital camera skills including exposure control, bracketing, reciprocity, exposure modes, and the use of the histogram. Creative techniques utilizing depth of field and movement control are explored as well as techniques for low light and night photography. Image processing skills, printing and presentation methods are introduced. Students are required to have any fully adjustable digital camera with interchangeable lenses, tripod, memory card, storage drive, paper and some other supplies.
