This course will examine methods, materials, environments and resources used in developmentally appropriate planning for preschoolers (3 to 6 years). Curriculum and environment planning include literacy, math, science and technology and all interest areas for the preschool classroom. The student will take into consideration the awhile child€ in the domains of physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional when planning activities. Pre/Corequisites: ECD 190-Observation and Assessment of Young Children's Development and ECD 240-Fieldwork in Early Childhood Development (3 – 6 years). 3 cr. 3 Lec.
