Take your class online with SUNY
You will learn the same curriculum as our on-campus students
This course is designed to allow you to explore various issues in student development, theoretical families used to explain and/or examine student behavior, and methods used to translate theoretical concepts to practice so that we may be better informed in our work with students. Furthermore, as faculty, staff, and administrators whose work will directly impact the experiences students have on college campuses, we must also become more proficient in drawing connections between developmental theory and personal experience to assess situations that arise in our professional activities.
