This course compliments others with its focus on the development and application of procedural laws applicable to the administration of criminal justice in the United States with emphasis on the understanding of the 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution as they apply to police and prosecutors. Prerequisites: CJUS 100 and GOVT 110 Restrictions: BS Criminal Justice majors only (3:3,0) Restricted to students enrolled in the following Major: Criminal Justice
