Meetings and Convention Management: Students will develop a better understanding of corporate meeting planning and convention management and service by: discussing the wide spectrum of the convention market; examining the individual needs of people who plan and are a part of the group function; and reviewing ways to service groups effectively. Emphasis is placed on both the convention services manager and the meeting planner perspectives. Prerequisites/Restrictions: Junior or Senior status (3:3,0)
