This course is an introduction to the principles, concepts, and analytical methods of genetics. Evidence of how genes are inherited and expressed is drawn from classical and molecular studies on plants, animals, microbes, and humans. This course is recommended for students planning careers in biology or advanced professional health. One year college biology and chemistry (8 credits each) are required. Offered Spring, Summer, DL.
