The objective of this course is to provide a solid foundation in basic accounting concepts and techniques for students who plan to pursue a career in accounting, as well as the general business student. The course covers the traditional topics of a first semester accounting course, including the accounting cycle, financial statement analysis, and coverage of asset, liabilities and stockholders equity.
