In this course you will learn some of the basics of how to communicate in Italian, with an emphasis on things like directions, making plans, ordering food, etc. You will also be introduced to the various regions of Italy, and will have an opportunity to study some cities and regions in more depth. You will learn through online and in-class activities, dialogues, role play, video clips, etc ---PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COURSE IS NOT INTENDED FOR THOSE WHO PLAN TO MAJOR OR MINOR IN ITALIAN, AS IT IS OUTSIDE OF OUR REGULAR LANGUAGE SEQUENCE AND DOES NOT OFFER A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF ITALIAN GRAMMAR
