Take your class online with SUNY
You will learn the same curriculum as our on-campus students
The design of learning involves foundational knowledge and skills for effective, meaningful learning experiences that address performance problems and opportunities in multiple settings (K-12, workplace, community). Along the way, we apply Backward Design, elements of professional development and adult learning, and principles of accessibility and inclusion. We’ll complete the early stages of the ADDIE instructional design process, which includes needs assessment and task analysis. As part of our hands-on, minds-on learning approach, we’ll use tools such as generative artificial intelligence and digital media. All required course materials are open educational resources (OER) and provided via our learning management system at no extra cost.
