Buffalo State’s Bilingual Inclusive Education Graduate Certificate prepares educators to effectively serve bilingual and multilingual learners in diverse and inclusive educational settings. This 15-credit, 100% online program reflects current research and best practices in bilingual inclusive education, with an emphasis on culturally and linguistically responsive teaching, assessment, and supporting multilingual learners with and without disabilities. Successful completion of the program leads to an institutional recommendation for the New York State Bilingual Education Extension.
