You will learn the same curriculum as our on-campus students
This course combines a people and performance focus to understand and address workplace performance challenges as well as opportunities. We investigate research-based, human-centric approaches through active learning and authentic assessments. In hands-on, minds-on learning, we explore and apply performance-improvement principles based on human capital development theory, motivation, design thinking, learning organization disciplines, and accessibility and inclusion. Job design, performance evaluation, and training needs analysis are the main processes we’ll experience. Tools for learning include generative artificial intelligence and digital media. All required course materials are open educational resources (OER) and provided via our learning management system at no extra cost.
